Meet Our Attorneys

Jared B. Arnold

Attorney at Law

Jared primarily practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy, having handled thousands of cases across Alabama. Jared also handles Guardianships, Conservatorships, Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament and other probate matters.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association. Jared is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and Middle District of Alabama.

Jared and his wife Courtney have three daughters. Jared also helps coach girl's basketball at Hope Christian Academy in Oxford, AL and is a member of the James D. Truss Masonic Lodge #515.

Lowell Haygood III

Attorney at Law

Lowell practices in the area of Criminal Defense, having tried numerous criminal cases from felonies to DUIs. He also handles child custody and divorce matters.

Lowell is a member of the Alabama State Bar and enjoys selling and trading baseball collectibles and memorabilia.
